Pin Seekers 2026 is three events over two days. Each event has its own winner, and nothing carries over from one event to the next or from one year to the next.
Solo. Everyone plays their own ball for 18 holes.
2-man scramble. Teams of two play one ball for 18 holes. Both players hit, the team picks the better shot, and both play the next shot from there.
4-man scramble. Teams of four play one ball for 36 holes, one round on each of two courses. The two rounds are added together.
The field is split into two waves, and the waves play different courses at the same time.
Gross scores only, with no handicaps. Every player or team records its strokes on every hole, and the leaderboard ranks by score to par, lowest first.
Players or teams on the same score share the position. A tie for first shares the win.
The eight lowest Solo scores become the captains for the 4-man scramble, and they draft their teams that evening. A tie for the last captain spot is settled by spinning a wheel.
The captain with the highest of the eight scores picks players first, and the order stays the same every round, not a snake. Then the captains pick their day-two tee times, and with them which course they start on, in the reverse order: the lowest score first. The draft board shows both orders.
An admin records the wheel's result and enters the teams and their tee times.
A scorer in each group signs in and enters everyone's strokes hole by hole. A second person in the group can score too, and both phones stay in step.
Each player's count starts at par. Adjust it with the minus and plus buttons, then save the hole.
No signal? Keep going. Holes save on the phone and send when signal returns.
Any hole can be corrected from the scorecard, and every change records who made it and when. Once an admin locks an event, only an admin can change its scores.
Anyone with the link can follow the leaderboard.
Players sign in with the trip passcode and their name to keep score.
Admins set up the events and tee times, enter the drafted teams, lock results, and change the passcode. Changing the passcode signs everyone out.
