How Pin Seekers 2027 is played and scored.
Pin Seekers 2027 is three stand-alone events over two days. Each has its own winner; nothing carries over between events or between years.
Solo: everyone plays their own ball for 18 holes. 2-man scramble: pairs play one ball, both hit, pick the best, both play from there, for 18 holes.
4-man scramble: foursomes play one ball for 36 holes, two rounds on two courses, and the two rounds add up.
The field plays in two waves so both halves are out on different courses at the same time.
Gross scores only. No handicaps, no net, no strokes given.
Every entry posts its actual strokes on every hole. The leaderboard ranks the field by score to par, lowest first.
Ties are shared. Two entries on the same score share the place, and if they are level at the top they share the win.
After the Solo round, the eight lowest Solo scores are the captains for the four-man scramble. They draft their teams that evening.
An admin enters the drafted teams and their tee times, and day two is ready to score.
One person scores for the whole tee time. Every entry in the group gets a stroke count that starts at par; adjust and save the hole in one tap.
Any hole can be corrected from the scorecard. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Once an admin locks an event, its scores are final and only an admin can change them.
